  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sport and Frech / THERE LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country’s customs office. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@sportandfrech.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to correct it.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging and documentation for claims processing.

  1. International Shipping Limitations

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their country. Sport and Frech is not liable for packages rejected or confiscated by customs authorities.
